NOTE: This is a bulk item and does not qualify for free shipping over $150. Bulk shipping is at $20 per item.

Due to the cost of shipping and re-shelving Raffia Bags, all returns are subject to the following terms:

Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Promotion Adjustment: If a discount code or bundle promotion was applied to your order, and the return invalidates the promotion's minimum requirements, the value of the discount will be deducted from your refund.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. Used or damaged items are not eligible for a refund.
