Returned Packages & Reshipments
If an order is returned to sender for the following reasons, the customer is responsible for the reshipment costs:
- Address incorrect (missing apartment/suite number, incorrect street address, incorrect zip code)
- Customer did not pick up from access point within allotted timeframe
- Customer refused package upon delivery

Multiple Orders
We may combine multiple orders placed within a 1-3 business day timeframe for shipping efficiency. By placing multiple orders, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that refunds will not be issued for combined shipments.

We want you to shop confidently, knowing that if an item does not fit, arrives damaged, or does not meet your expectations, the item is easily exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery. We accept returned unworn, unaltered, and undamaged items. Please include all original tags with your return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
