U.S. Domestic Shipping

Malkia.E offers standard, and express shipping within the United States. Available options will be displayed at checkout once you enter your delivery address.

Standard Shipping - $7.50

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Delivery typically takes 5-8 business days via Fedex SmartPost, depending on your location.

Express Shipping - $15

• Orders are processed within 1 business day.
• Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days.

Returned Packages & Reshipments 

If an order is returned to sender for the following reasons, the customer is responsible for the reshipment costs: 

• Address incorrect (missing apartment/suite number,  incorrect street address, incorrect zip code) 
• Customer did not pick up from access point within allotted timeframe 
• Customer refused package upon delivery

Free Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping on U.S. orders over $150 (before taxes). Please select the free shipping option at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Transit times may vary based on carrier and location.

Multiple Orders

We may combine multiple orders placed within a 1-3 business day timeframe for shipping efficiency. By placing multiple orders, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that refunds will not be issued for combined shipments.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier. Delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. At Malkia.E, we want to make your shopping experience pleasant and seamless. We want you to shop confidently, knowing that if an item does not fit, arrives damaged, or does not meet your expectations, the item is easily exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery. We accept returned unworn, unaltered, and undamaged items. Please include all original tags with your return.

For international orders, customs duties and return shipping charges apply.

Final sale merchandise—including merchandise marked final sale or clearance merchandise—cannot be returned.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To start a return, you can contact us at ask@malkiae.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.You can always contact us for any return question at ask@malkiae.com. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
